- Very doubtful. Check your jumpers and connections again. I'll bet
- that's where the problem lies. Some drives have an additional jumper
- (like Seagate) that you must configure to tell the master drive that it
- has a slave connected to it.

- I think you could have saved yourself some trouble by just taking off the
- mounting frame and turning it around (i.e. back to front). I haven't
- checked myself on my A4000, but someone told me there are additional screw
- holes further back if you turn the thing around. When I installed my quad
- speed, I just unscrewed the drive mounting and slid it further back. It's
- just resting on the mounting frame, but I don't plan on moving my machine
- around.
